1. Request for our service
Request for engineering service at any time convenient for you between 8am & 6pm. We will record the cause of failure of the gadget, your contact details and a trusted engineer will contact you.
2. Arrival and diagnosis
Engineers on the go offers on the spot diagnostic and repairs for level 1 and 2 cases. Depending on the complexity of the repair, the engineer will either make repairs on the spot or take gadget away to the workshop.
3. Repair
Be assured of the use of original parts for repairs. Your phone data will not be compromised.
4. Return to the specified address
For repairs done in our workshop; Our consultant will contact you once repairs is completed.
